It is often not any more expensive to buy, and if it is, the money is soon recouped. Therefore it is advantageous to purchase only energy-efficient equipment. Now it is also mandatory for all public sector institutions. Furthermore, members of the Danish Electricity Saving Trust’s A club have voluntarily agreed to adhere to the purchasing requirements.
