The undersigned hereby applies for registration on the positive list of the Danish Electricity Saving Trust for energy efficient professional kitchen refrigerators and freezers.

This application form is accompanied by the following:
- A) Test report, signed by applicant
- B) Contract in duplicate, signed by applicant (only if applicant has not previously signed a contract with the Danish Electricity Saving Trust concerning this scheme)
- C) Photo in electronic form (jpg format of good quality).
The application will initially be treated by the secretariat (attended to by Danish Technological Institute). If all relevant information is present in the test report and the energy efficiency index remains within the threshold values necessary to be entered on the list, then the secretariat will recommend the Danish Electricity Saving Trust to enter the cabinet on the positive list.
You will be informed about this within 14 days (during holiday seasons please allow for longer time).
