The Customer Service Centre provides advice and guidance on energy savings over the telephone and via e-mail. The Customer Service Centre particularly focuses on strengthening contacts with the public sector, where the savings potential is particularly large.
If you are responsible for energy, purchasing or IT in a municipality or a government institution, it might be a really good idea to contact the Customer Service Centre to have a chat about your energy use and to find out what your institution can do to reduce its consumption.
