Random quality control testing of a range of compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) featured on the Danish Electricity Saving Trust's list of recommended CFLs revealed that three lamps with the Energy Saving Label failed to meet the requirements laid down by the Trust. The three lamps were not able to switch on as many times as the producer promised, and have therefore been deleted from the list of A-rated CFLs. Consumers can have their money back.
