IT partnerships with the Trust
Sign up as an IT partner with the Trust to include computers and monitors on our product lists.

How to become a partner
Producer, importers and retailers just need to sign a voluntary agreement to become a partner of the Trust so that they can participate in energy efficient product initiatives.
Partners and the Trust work together to encourage energy savings for computers and monitors by bringing more energy efficient models into the market and by helping customers to choose more efficient products as opposed to power guzzling equivalents.
The Trust also supplies information and tools for using IT equipment in a more energy efficient way, thereby saving electricity.
Partner benefits
Partners are prominently featured in the Trust’s campaigns and PR activities, etc. Partners have a duty to declare the power consumption of computers and monitors and to highlight energy saving products in their marketing and special offer campaigns. Products must conform to the Trust’s energy saving standards.
Partners benefit from the fact that any computers and monitors described by the Trust as ‘energy saving’ also fulfil Danish Government purchasing requirements. Government institutions are only permitted to purchase computers and monitors that conform to the Trust’s energy saving standards.
Contact the Trust to find out more about becoming a partner. You are also welcome to telephone the Trust’s project manager, Anders Hjorth Jensen, on: +45 33 95 58 00.
