When can I expect a reply?
You will normally receive a reply within a week, except where your question requires us to involve a professional adviser. This normally takes a little longer.

When Customer Advice is closed you will not receive a reply until after we re-open. Due to the backlog of questions in the periods immediately after the holiday closures you should count on a reply taking up to 2 weeks.
