Personal data in My E-Home
The information you provide to My E-Home will never be forwarded to third parties. Your profile on My E-Home is not visible to anybody else, but you can choose to share some of the information with others – tradesmen or insurance companies for example.

  • Security
    Security is a top priority – for instance, strict password security requirements are the same as those applying to the ‘DigitalSignatur’ in Denmark (8 characters, with at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case and 1 numeral, etc.).
  • No commercial players involved
    You can choose to share some of the information with others, but commercial players cannot contact you, or get information about you It’s up to you whether you would like to forward information to commercial players, including partners involved with My E-Home.
  • Statistics on user behaviour
    The Trust collects statistics on user behaviour covering areas of My E-Home such as browser activity, operating system and which pages you visit. This information will never be linked with your personal information, and is only ever used for statistical analysis and to help us improve My E-Home.
