Use equipment energy efficiently

By using the sleep function and an AutoPowerOff plug bank you avoid wasting power on your home office equipment.

Good advice on energy efficient use

  • Switch off after use
    Switch off devices when you are not using them or configure them so that they switch themselves off. If the wall socket is difficult to reach then you can use a remote controlled plug.
  • Install the sleep function
    Set up the machine to go to sleep automatically when you are not using it.
  • Avoid paper wastage with duplex
    Configure the machine to print and copy on both sides of the paper.
