Act no. 1209 of 27 December 1996 – The Electricity Saving Trust Bill
The Danish Electricity Saving Trust was established by Act no. 1209 of 27 December 1996. The Act authorised the formal establishment of the Trust from 1 January 1997 and laid out the overall framework for the granting of subsidies, and the administration and organisation of the Trust.
